When you travel through the Ruhrarea you can see rusty industrial relicts from the industrialization everywhere. These lost places are full of gigantic buildings being reconquered by nature.
So i tried to capture this dark and rotten but also kind of romantic atmosphere in my photos.
This definitely was not the last place i photographed around my homeland.
